The Challenge
We are growing! Therefore we are looking for sales talent you join our family business. As Account Manager Midlands you will predominantly operate in the On Trade generating new business relationships and high-quality distribution points for our specialist, super-premium, award-winning Dutch and Belgian craft brands: Rodenbach, La Trappe, Estaminet, De Molen, Uiltje and Cornet, in both draught and packaged formats. If are you a true entrepreneur and able to work on a high level of autonomy inside our sales team, then this is your new job!

 

What are you going to do? 

  • You will operate as a brand ambassador to generate new business and effectively manage those new accounts.
  • You will be making high-quality plans weekly to generate the best leads in line with company expectations & KPIs. This includes the constant and consistent upkeep of the CRM system and data.
  • You will do this by rationalization and maximisation of investment at outlets
  • You will advise, Understand, recommend and execute the best route to market for each outlet, choosing whether to supply via a wholesaler or supplying directly.
  • Together with the marketing, logistics & finance, you create the best results as a team and by effective and thorough communication of all activities and deliverables to the Head of On Trade.

Who are you? 

  • You can develop effective and strong relationships from scratch and manage your own agenda and deliver high-quality communication of activities.
  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • You are interested in meeting customer needs and delivering customer satisfaction by being fully invested in delivering success for the customer.
  • You understand financial metrics and are results orientated.
  • You can influence, negotiate and be proactive in finding the right solution every time.
  • You take the initiative to recognise and target opportunities.
  • And of course, you have the desire to win as part of a team, with common goals.
  • Our ideal candidate has around 5 years of experience in FMCG On Trade sales
